E:                                          Flash Skill

Player Abilities:
For Hunters,
  • Hunters can shoot the clones, this is the only way they can kill the clones and win the round.
  • They can use different guns such as Assault Rifle and shotgun.
  • Have Unlimited bullets.
For Clones,
  • Clones can become any objects they see in the map regardless of size or shape.
  • They have the ability to stun hunters also called as Flash skill.
Game Rules:
The rules every player has to follow when starting the game are,
  • Each round is played for 5 mins.
  • A typical match gives a headstart for the clones so that they can start to hide in the map.
  • After the 30 secs Hunters hunt the clones, the only way they can win the round is by killing every clone within the time limit.
  • Clones aim is to avoid getting killed and survive until the time runs out.
  • After every round the teams are swapped and are played until best of 5.
  •  Each player can use their skill 3 times per round with 30 sec recharge time after using the skill.
  • Clones have 200 health points. Each time they are hit 20 hp is reduced.
  • Hunters have unlimited bullets.
  • Hunters are spawned in a place and for the first 30 secs they are frozen in place and are given time to choose their gun to use in that round.
Game Balancing:
One of the most important steps when desiging a game is game balance, it could either make or break the game i.e., the game could become boring the longer you play like becoming repietitive or a character could become so over powered that they are guranteed a win if they use one strategy or a character. In order to overcome this game designers introduce game balancing as a way to make the gameplay equal to everyone regardless of who they choose as their character or use a strategy.
Some of the game balances introduced for our game are
Hunters:
  • Each hit to the clones by an Assualt rifle causes the clones to lose 25 hp.
  • Each hit to the clones by a Shotgun causes the clones to lose 65 hp.
  • Have footsteps, so that the clones can hear the Hunters when they are in close proximity.
Clones:
  • Clones have the ability to transform into any object they see regardless of their size or shape but different size they transform into have different Health points.
Game Penalties:
Some of the game penalties that the players can take when playing each round are,
For Hunters,
  • Can use only one gun at the begining of each round that is they can either choose an Assualt Rifle or a Shotgun.
For Clones,
  • Clones have a skill called Transform which they can use to turn into any objects they see, this skill is limited to 3 uses for every round and have a 30sec delay after each use.
  • Clones have a skill call Flash Skill which stuns the hunter, this skill is limited to 3 uses for every round and have a 30sec delay after each use.
